Project Organization LLC "FINPROEKT" was founded in 1994 in Moscow and is a member of "The Guild of Architects and Designers",  which units legal persons registered in the Russian Federation,  working on architectural and engineering design of all specialties in country. LLC "FINPROEKT" has a certificate number P-2.0050/04 for admission to work, which affect the security of capital construction, prime designing office and a license for activities related to the use of information constituting a state secret № GT № 0015326. 

Director of "FINPROEKT" is Gennadiy Silokhin, Technical Director is Alkesandr Pyatigroskiy. 

The company is focused on the design of public buildings and high-rise residential buildings and complexes to be performed on individual projects. LLC "FINPROEKT" assumes responsibility for the full range of design work and usually is the general designer of designed objects.
